SilaCast BES
Our primary product: a non-hazardous, beauty-enhancing sealer that penetrates deep to create a wet look on concrete pavers, roof tiles and natural stone. Unlike topical acrylics, it won’t yellow or peel under Florida UV – and it never needs stripping.

The acrylic sealer choice for non-porous travertine, Spanish tile and natural stone pavers. UV-protected, with superior adhesion, excellent chemical resistance and durability that outlasts most industrial coatings.

A non-hazardous, spray-applied liquid stripper that removes old, worn film-forming sealers from concrete pavers, tiles and cement before you apply SilaCast, Deco 20 or TravaCast.

Why a penetrating sealer in Orlando?
Most competing products are topical acrylic sealers. Under strong UV they can turn yellow and peel away from the surface – a real challenge here in Central Florida – and they need harsh chemicals to strip before each new coat.
